Personal Code of Ethics
Results, metrics, claims. If I can't stand behind it, it doesn't go out. I'm not in the business of making numbers look better than they are. The work either holds up or it doesn't.
Safe creative is forgettable creative. I'd rather try something that doesn't work than publish something nobody remembers. The best campaigns I've been part of started with an idea someone almost talked themselves out of.
The person scrolling past my content has a real life. I earn their attention. I don't manipulate it. That means creating something worth stopping for, not just something designed to trick the algorithm.
The tools, the platforms, the strategies. They all change. Staying sharp isn't optional, it's the job. The people who treat learning as a phase instead of a habit are the ones who get passed.
Worked or not, I stand behind it. No spin, no deflection. If something missed, I want to know why. That's the only way to actually get better.
